My industry background with Johnson and Johnson is in the Med Tech, Pharmaceutical and Consumer Healthcare sectors. My roles have been focused on operations management, continuous improvement and delivering strategic transformation programs. My experience includes the delivery of network optimisation studies, organisational design, new technology adoption. business process design and new facility start-ups.

Most recently, in partnership with the NHS, I was responsible for bringing to life an Orthopaedic Managed Service Organisation at a major London hospital. A new organisation was created and a technology-based solution implemented. Operational effectiveness and quality were both improved leading to an increase in theatre capacity and utilisation, ultimately providing better patient outcomes,

I am a Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Logistics and Transport(FCILT).
