I recently joined Hatmill, bringing four years of experience as a Data and Technology Consultant with a background in Physics. My career has been built on delivering practical solutions and I’m excited to bring that expertise to Hatmill’s collaborative and passionate environment.

Having worked alongside members of the Hatmill team on previous projects, their supportive and open culture made the decision to join the team an easy one. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working across industries to solve rewarding challenges, including:

• Designing a data platform for a client in the education industry. This involved not only building the technical foundations—such as creating data pipelines and enrichment routines—but also defining the data governance strategy.
• Writing WMS order batching logic varying wave sizes and compositions enabling an increase in throughput capacity.
• Designing and building a web application to determine optimal picking sequences in warehouses, reducing pick times and increasing operational efficiency.
