I joined Hatmill at the start of 2019. I have over fifteen years’ experience across the end to end customer supply chain and have worked in operational roles at Global FMCG businesses such as Mars UK & Molson Coors Brewing Company.

I specialise in business management, sales & operational planning, customer logistics and unlocking value through synergies in the supply chain.

I joined Hatmill at the start of 2019 and have over twenty years’ experience across the end‑to‑end customer supply chain, having held senior operational roles at global FMCG businesses including Mars UK and Molson Coors Brewing Company.

I lead complex supply chain and logistics transformation programmes across retail, consumer and FMCG sectors, from strategy and solution definition through to delivery and go‑live. I combine deep operational insight with hands‑on programme leadership to ensure major investments are practical, evidence‑led and delivered with confidence.

I work closely with senior leadership teams to support early, informed decision‑making, translating business strategy into a clear operational direction that is carried consistently through design, supplier selection and delivery.

My key experience includes:

  • Leading end‑to‑end network strategy, automation and distribution centre programmes from concept and business case through to delivery and go‑live
  • Acting as an interim civil service contract manager, operating as the single integrated authority across operations, property, engineering and technology on complex multi‑supplier programmes
  • Developing board‑approved business cases for major logistics investments, ensuring assumptions are tested, risks understood and decisions are evidence‑led
  • Running controlled, design‑led supplier selection processes across automation, engineering, fit‑out and systems to protect integration and long‑term performance
  • Supporting delivery governance, risk management and executive decision‑making on programmes operating at significant scale, complexity and pace
