Operational support to the consulting team

I joined Hatmill in 2026 after eight years in the travel industry, providing bespoke services to clients and property owners across Europe. Prior to that, I gained a wide range of experience in administration, recruitment, sales and teaching in the recruitment and education sectors.

Joining the Business Support Team at Hatmill has given me a broad exposure to the business, working with consultants on recruitment, training, account management, and internal communications, as well as working with external suppliers; essentially anything that helps the consultants deliver the service level clients have come to expect.
