On time, or not, that is the question

After gaining my Masters in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from Cranfield University I spent 5 years working for LCP Consulting (now BearingPoint) on Supply Chain transformation programmes with companies such as Asda, Exxon Mobil, 3M and Marks & Spencers. A desire to apply the knowledge I had gained took me to Premier Farnell, a then FTSE 250 global distribution company with a focus on electronic and mechanical products, where I held global roles leading the purchasing and demand planning function and transformation projects. For the past 5 years, I have successfully consulted on several high profile projects within the Defence, Manufacturing and distribution sectors.
My areas of expertise include demand planning and inventory management where I have balanced the demands of high customer service and availability targets within tight inventory controls. I have also lead end-to-end supply chain strategy and transformation programmes, bringing together and aligning teams and organisations to deliver the best overall solution.
