I joined Hatmill in 2013 following over 10 years’ experience of supply chain across multiple sectors including multi-channel retail, manufacturing and grocery. The opportunity to join a fresh and dynamic consulting business was too good to turn down and has allowed me to focus on delivering supply chain solutions for a broad spectrum of clients. Having worked with Simon previously it was an easy decision to make and I instantly felt part of the team.
The last 10 years delivering projects and supporting the growth of Hatmill have been incredibly fulfilling. The success of the business is founded on our culture and values, which set us apart from the crowd. The transition to an Employee Owned Trust has been a natural progression for us and I was honoured to have been voted onto our inaugural Operations Board by my colleagues.
