Freddie Badham
I joined Hatmill in 2026, bringing with me five years’ experience across a variety of logistics roles. With experience at DHL Supply Chain and Aldi UK, my expertise spans warehouse operations, logistics modelling, continuous improvement and supply chain optimisation, with a strong track record of turning data into practical, commercially focused solutions that improve operational performance.
I design efficient, commercially impactful solutions by combining my operational experience with mathematically rigorous data analysis and modelling.
After completing my degree in Mathematics and Economics and the University of Nottingham, I spent three years at DHL Supply Chain. I managed teams in mature and go-live environments, supported contract-level continuous improvement initiatives, and gained experience working in both manual and heavily automated warehouse operations.
I then spent two years Aldi UK designing and implementing advanced logistics modelling tools. I was able to create resilient processes that supported operational decision-making and delivered measurable commercial impact. This covered all product categories, with added focus on Produce and Pick-To-Zero due to their greater supply chain complexity.
My background helps me turn data into solutions that work in real operational settings. I bring structure, curiosity and commercial focus to logistics analysis, transport planning and process improvement.
With trust and integrity as my foundation, I challenge assumptions and deliver solutions that create lasting operational value.
