Prior to joining Hatmill I worked in Supply chain across Multiple sectors including healthcare, NHS Managed Services and Automotive. When the opportunity to join an exciting consulting business that genuinely cares for its clients came around it was impossible to say no, and I am very excited to see what the future holds.

My first experience in Supply Chain was with Johnson and Johnson during my placement year and since then I have held multiple roles in Supply Chain, Inventory Management and Logistics for Johnson and Johnson working within their own Distribution Centres. I then worked within Guys and St Thomas’ NHS trust delivering and integrating the new Orthopaedic Managed Service for the trust. Working within the NHS was my first time working with a client and I really enjoyed implementing real change and improvement for our health service. My most recent role was a change to Automotive at McLaren which was excellent to step out of my comfort zone and work on some exciting projects within Inventory Optimisation and Logistics.

I am incredibly excited to work for Hatmill and expand my knowledge within Supply Chain and can’t wait to see what the future holds for the company and our clients. The team have already been incredibly welcoming, and everyone really does love what they do which definitely translates into the solutions that are delivered to our clients.
