Terry Murphy

I joined Hatmill in December, 2019, after four decades working within the Logistics and Supply Chain profession. Hatmill is an employee-owned organisation and in April 2021 I was elected by my fellow colleagues to sit on the Operating Board as an employee representative on a two-year tenure.

I joined the Hatmill team in December, 2019, after four decades working in logistics and supply chain, latterly with accountability for supply chain transformation. The vibrant, dynamic nature of the organisation appealed to me, as did the energy, enthusiasm and knowledge of the team.

I joined Hatmill in December, 2019, after four decades working within the Logistics and Supply Chain profession. After considering potential opportunities, I concluded that Hatmill was the perfect option, where the values of the organisation, the self managing structure, breadth of skills and experience of the team and the range of clients provided just the right formula.
