My logistics and supply chain experience is from a range of sectors and industries, including e-commerce, fashion, retail and manufacturing. I have significant experience delivering complex projects and tangible business benefits for clients.

Recent project highlights include:

  • Carrying out a supply chain review for a leading fashion brand, reviewing from sourcing strategy through to final mile delivery. This identified up to £11m potential savings
  • Completion of logistics cost to serve analysis and profitability modelling for a £1.1bn turnover plumbing merchant
  • Running a Continuous Improvement project with an online luxury fashion brand, identifying and implementing annual savings of over £150k
  • Running the tender for, and supporting implementation and go-live of a European 3PL in Germany for a global fashion and lifestyle brand
  • Managing the operational readiness of a parcel sorting facility during the installation and go-live of an £18m investment installing two additional parcel sorters
