I joined Hatmill in 2022 after 6 years working in third-party Logistics. I started my career with DHL Supply chain on an Industrial Placement as part of my degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management at Northumbria University. After graduating with First Class Honours, I re-joined DHL Supply Chain on the 2-year Graduate Scheme, managing a small team in a best-in-class automotive warehouse during my first year before contract management on an internal change programme.

Working with multi-national companies DHL Supply Chain and Arvato Supply Chain Solutions, I have utilised my problem solving, people and project management skills in a range of industries:

• Account management for the storage and delivery of beverages for a large brewer in the UK, improving service and relationships across the network
• Transition management for a new industry-changing digital freight solution, successfully on-boarding several key players onto the new platform
• Project managed the construction and transition of a new-build 80,000 square meter Distribution Centre in the UK throughout the difficulties faced during the COVID pandemic
• Managed a well-known fashion retailer contract during a rapidly implemented transition from self-managed Logistics to third-party, maintaining service to end customers
