Aaron Thomas
I have a passion for logistics, supply chain and sustainability which is why I joined Hatmill in September 2022. Prior to Hatmill, I gained a professional background with over twenty years of corporate and multi-sector experience across operations, business development and transport. I have a track record of delivering outstanding operations through transformational change and operations excellence whilst enhancing financial results and increasing customer satisfaction.
Making a difference once again within supply chains and logistics, by joining the Hatmill team that has fantastic values and puts the client and its people at the heart of everything they do.
With a creative eye for innovation, I used the last six years to fulfill my goal and passion in creating something unique that is leaving a legacy for transport logistics by co-founding an award-winning global business that integrated solar technology with commercial vehicles, creating a world of more efficient more sustainable transport using thin-film solar and data-driven technology. It’s now time to go back to my roots by making difference once again within supply chains and logistics by joining the Hatmill team that has fantastic values and puts the client and its people at the heart of everything they do.
I bring to the team expertise in driving business success through enterprising and being commercially focused, whilst building empowered working environments. Above all else, I want to support our clients in achieving carbon neutral and net zero within their supply chains. As businesses align their strategies to incorporate sustainability there is a systemic change to more sustainable operating and one that Hatmill can support.
