Sustainable Logistics

What is our Carbon Accounting Software?

The Flotilla World platform is a purpose-built solution for managing and reducing carbon emissions across Scopes 1, 2 and 3. Developed by our trusted partner Flotilla, it incorporates Hatmill’s supply chain knowledge to reflect the realities of complex logistics networks, multi-site warehousing and large transport operations.

How does it work?

The platform simplifies data collection by gathering data across accounting, operational and supply chain activities to build a clearer picture of business-wide emissions. It brings together information on fleet fuel use, warehouse energy consumption and supply chain activity to create a more complete and consistent view.

Scope 1, 2 & 3 Emissions Tracking

Users can begin with high-level spend-based data and move towards more detailed, activity-based inputs as information matures. Once data is collected, the platform provides complete visibility of Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions across operations and the wider supply chain. Data is transformed into dashboards that highlight emission hotspots across fleets, sites and suppliers, supported by analytics that show progress against reduction targets.

Full Integration

The ability to combine multiple data sources, including via API’s where available, enables a streamlined process for carbon accounting, reducing manual effort and improving accuracy.

Live Project Planning

A live project plan connects measurement with action, allowing businesses to track initiatives such as fleet decarbonisation, energy efficiency measures or waste reduction in one place. The platform also includes policy tracking tools that flag applicable legislation. Employee surveys extend insight to commuting and hybrid working patterns, building a fuller picture of emissions.

Backed by Hatmill’s expertise, this digital approach helps logistics and supply chain organisations simplify carbon accounting, improve accuracy and embed sustainability within everyday decision making, turning data into direction on the path to net zero.
