Mia Wild

I joined Hatmill in January 2022 to help provide operational business support. I have over 10 years’ experience in support roles covering a variety of industries such as travel, media, manufacturing, and finance.

My aim is to find and provide efficiencies in our team’s time and our back-office processes, allowing our colleagues to focus their time and energy on our clients.

I joined Hatmill in January 2022 to help provide operational business support. I have over 10 years’ experience in support roles covering a variety of industries such as travel, media, manufacturing, and finance.

My aim is to find and provide efficiencies in our team’s time and our back-office processes, allowing our colleagues to focus their time and energy on our clients.  Being process driven, I try to simplify processes without compromising standards.

Recent achievements include:

  • I successfully managed the completion of a central Manchester office move for 80 people during the Covid-19 lockdown.
  • I have supported and assisted in processes set up and document management for Health and Safety, ISO standards (27001, 14001, 9001), and business continuity/disaster recovery among others

 

I am excited to be working in a company that embodies and represents its core values in everything it does.

By improving their demand forecast, we helped one client save £3m in agency staffing costs (that’s an 18% reduction).
