I have over 25 years experience in developing and implementing manufacturing, logistics, supply chain and business improvements, from critical path projects to continuous improvement. Experience has been gained in heavy industry through to complex machines including blue chip, P.E. and privately owned businesses.

My key experience includes:

• Leading multi-functional teams to deliver business improvements and major projects operating in both a management and consultant/interim capacity.
• Business transformation and re-engineering include the design, planning and purchasing of a new manufacturing facility, network consolidation and re-engineering. Re-layout of warehouses to deliver significant productivity and H&S benefits at the same time.
• Critical path project management including underground projects, high volume concrete pours, distressed warehouse re-locations, manufacturing and logistics consolidations.
• Delivering change across teams with significantly different cultural backgrounds through an engaging and understanding management style whilst being focussed on the key deliverables.
