I joined Hatmill after 12 years of supply chain experience in global e-commerce and manufacturing companies, including Amazon and Mondelez, across Europe and Asia-Pacific. My focus areas include Warehouse Operations Management and Automation, Continuous Improvement, Project and Capital Management.

I joined Hatmill after 12 years of supply chain experience in global e-commerce and manufacturing companies, including Amazon and Mondelez, working in a variety of roles across Europe and Asia-Pacific where I developed my expertise in Operations Management, Continuous Improvement, Team Leadership, Project and CAPEX Management. Below are some of my career highlights and I look forward to opportunity to help with your supply chain challenges.

  • Warehouse Operations: Developed and implemented Inbound and Outbound operational strategies in the largest Advanced Robotics and Traditional Fulfilment Centers that delivered best-in-class performance outcomes in EU. Drove benchmarking and developed innovative solutions using data-driven analyses and lean methodology improving customer experience and quality, whilst improving efficiency and delivering £900k annual productivity savings.
  • Global Portfolio/Program/Project Management: Delivered the ideation to launch of >200 innovation projects including new product launches, promotions, product quality improvement and capital expenditure projects simultaneously, as well as, implemented SKU portfolio rationalization in different food product categories (chocolates, biscuits, cheese and groceries) across the Asia-Pacific contributing £25MM in revenue and savings. Developed the project management framework and built capability resulting to increase in on-time project completion and cost savings.
  • Process Improvement/Capital Management: Managed the manufacturing site’s capital budget of £5MM and implemented new technology and automation, capacity expansion and process improvement initiatives improving efficiency and driving down manufacturing costs. Developed and implemented the 3-year sourcing strategy and manufacturing capacity plan for the Southeast-Asia Cheese and Groceries category.

Change is the currency to success in the modern world. Helping clients develop their supply chain processes to become flexible and agile to seamlessly adapt to the constant changing customer demand is what I am passionate about.

By improving their demand forecast, we helped one client save £3m in agency staffing costs (that’s an 18% reduction).
