He has 25 years of experience working in supply chain planning and logistics in global manufacturing environments. Before joining Hatmill, Todd held senior positions with Cummins Inc., Stanley Black & Decker, TE Connectivity, and Honeywell. He holds an MBA from the University of Tennessee.
Todd Dodson, Consultant, Hatmill North America, said:
“I am pleased to have joined Hatmill, a company strongly positioned to bring extensive automation, warehousing and planning expertise to the North American supply chain and logistics industry.
“My passion for supply chain planning and logistics began in MBA school and has taken me to over 30 countries solving business challenges. And I am excited to support Hatmill’s current and new clients as we grow our North American practice.”
Simon Dixon, Hatmill Chief Executive Officer, said:
‘’We’re delighted to announce our expansion into North America. Over the last couple of years, we’ve been working with a number of leading brands based in Canada, the USA and Mexico and it made sense to open an office here as our clients kept asking us if we had capability to support their operations in North America.
We’re also on the lookout for ambitious people who want to join a dynamic and growing employee-owned firm. We’ve developed a reputation for creating a culture where people are looked after and supported in fulfilling their potential. This formula has underpinned our success elsewhere, and we’re confident that it will also help us to make an impact in North America.’’
‘’I’d also like to welcome Todd to Hatmill. His extensive supply chain planning and logistics expertise will be a great asset to our clients and will take us forward as we pursue continued growth in the North America region.”
