We are delighted to announce that ‘The affordability of warehouse rents’, a report written jointly by Hatmill’s CEO, Simon Dixon and Savills, Kevin Mofid has won The Society of Property Research (SPR) prize 2022.
The SPR is a member of the Property Industry Alliance (PIA). It provides a forum for members to engage with each other, share ideas, make new connections and shape the future of property research. The annual awards recognise the best applied research papers that offer great insights and are of high quality.
