I enjoy helping customers & their teams improve their supply chains, transforming their operations and helping them deliver great results.

I joined Hatmill following over 20 years of Supply chain and logistics leadership roles within a variety of in-house operations, 3PL’s, and contracting roles. I have worked with many retail brands & disciplines and within Life Sciences & Healthcare. During this time, I have developed a deep knowledge and understanding of people management, operational delivery, and business transformation.

My industry experience started over 40 years ago in a small independent photographic store. That grounding in customer service, people management, and process led me to manage their warehouse operations and that lit the touchpaper on a career in Supply Chain. I have worked across retail disciplines from pet food to high fashion, value retailing to health care and life Sciences both within 3PL’s and in-house operations, and thoroughly enjoyed each role.

These roles have given me the opportunity to manage change and transformation, supporting and leading teams through these changes. I have worked with teams in Europe, USA, and China and I have led projects from new DC builds to WMS system implementation and enhancements and outsourcing in-house operations into 3PL management.

I am immensely proud of being one of a small team that developed the frozen chain process for receipt, storage and distribution of the Pfizer -70° and Moderna -20° Covid vaccines and supporting the delivery of these Nationally and Internationally.

I enjoy learning, meeting people and helping solve problems, working for Hatmill is a great way of continuing to do those things for our customers and for me.
