Project managing automated warehouse fitouts for clients

I joined Hatmill in 2018 from the Grocery retailer Morrisons where I held operational management and project delivery roles across their UK network. During my time at Hatmill I have project managed the scoping, design, build and delivery of new warehouse operations and retro-fit of existing warehouses with a focus on part and fully automated sites. My experience spans a number of sectors including; fast fashion, parcel carrier, food to go, construction and beauty.

I excel at bringing together project teams to work towards achieving a common goal, breaking down silo working to ensure integrated workstream activity is enabled to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Key projects include:

• Developing initial concept designs for an automated storage and retrieval system with suppliers for a fully automated cold store
• Project managing the initial concept design and tender process for an automated warehouse fitout for a global fashion retailer including technologies such as; mini-loads, shuttles, GTP and auto-bagging/boxing
• Development of a site concept design for an on-site distribution and pre-fabrication facility at a major UK infrastructure development
• Programme management through business case build, automation contract award, detailed design and construction of parcels sortation hubs
