- Managed numerous large scale software implementations for leading finance brokerages
- Implemented a Global HR Leadership programme for a major aerospace, power systems and defence company
- Helped a UK warranty provider increase business value by £200m by transforming Contact Centre operations to FCA regulatory standards
- Drove a reduction in patient treatment cost, and improved clinical outcomes leading the delivery of a web-based treatment search and booking engine for a major international healthcare provider
